Mechanism of Action: Vonoprazan is a Potassium-competitive acid blocker (PCAB); it inhibits the H+, K+-ATPase enzyme system in a potassium-competitive manner. Ampicillin is a derivative penicillin-binding proteins and cell wall inhibitor. Clarithromycin reversibly binds to the P site of the 50S ribosomal subunit as a macrolide antimicrobial; it inhibits RNA-dependent protein synthesis by stimulating the peptidyl t-RNA dissociation from ribosomes.
